A glove size chart,
with your hand on it.

What this is

GloveSizeChart is a free, browser-based fitting bench for gloves: a true-size hand sizer you lay your palm on, and the size charts forwork and safety gloves, disposable exam gloves, baseball and softball gloves, golf gloves (Cadet or Regular),boxing and MMA gloves, hockey, goalkeeper, motorcycle and winter gloves. Every page pairs the live sizer with a spec sheet and full reference tables you can sort, print and download.

Measuring on the screen

A browser does not know the physical size of its pixels, so the sizer starts from a table of phones, tablets, laptops and monitors matched to your screen and asks you to confirm it with a coin or a bank card laid on the glass. Once calibrated, the ruler is drawn at true size and the jaw reads your hand to the half millimetre. Browser zoom is corrected; pinch zoom is flagged.

Where the sizes come from

  • EN ISO 21420:2020 hand sizes, as reproduced by glove makers (Wenaas, Tilsatec); hand proportions from a published anthropometric survey of 2,100 adults.
  • Rawlings and Baseball Monkey glove charts, Little League field and pitch-count rules, and CDC growth charts for heights by age.
  • FootJoy and Callaway golf glove charts; Rival, Fairtex and Top Ten boxing charts and commission glove rules; Bauer and Sherwood hockey sizing.
  • Keeperstop and Reusch goalkeeper sizing, Hestra winter sizes, ASTM D6319 exam glove widths as quoted in FDA 510(k) summaries, and Alpinestars motorcycle sizes.

Each spec sheet has a Sources tab with the links. Where a maker's site could not be read directly, the page says which reproduction was used.

What it is not

It is not a fitting, and it does not certify protection: for PPE the glove's certification and your employer's assessment govern. Makers cut gloves differently inside the same size, so when the sizer lands between two sizes, try both.

Who runs it

GloveSizeChart is an independent reference with no ties to any glove maker. If a size looks wrong, write to contact@glovesizechart.comwith the page and your measurements (the share link carries them all).
